      Expect you to work long hours with no overtime pay. This is closely monitored - every minute you work must be recorded on the system. If you do not exceed your set working hours it is questioned. Toilet breaks are not an exception, you must pause your task any moment you're away from your desk. Employees (who aren't family members) are treated with little care or respect. There is no trust. There isn't any real form of HR Very high turnover of staff Unpleasant environment, can make people feel victimised. No accountability for senior staff members Current employees were prompted to put in the positive reviews.

      ok, enough with the games - we're aware of exactly what is going on You may want to make yourself accustomed with the UK Laws around "rest Breaks at Work" https://www.gov.uk/rest-breaks-work and also please make yourself aware of online harassment in the UK which is a criminal offense. Your current employer will be receiving a copy of all information we have to date, as we are not too sure they will want to be assocciated with an online harrassment campaign that is being orchestrated by their staff.

      - My work is varied and engaging, with plenty of opportunities to learn and improve. (And progress!) - The people of Hydra are a wonderful and diverse mix. I have no direct personal problems with anybody, which is refreshing to say for a company of around 20 staff. - The office is just generally a nice place to be! It certainly doesn’t feel like you’re off to any soulless 9-5 working here. - After working here for 18 months, I can see how the business has listened to previous feedback left by myself and other colleagues (both past and present). Management actually listen and amend their ways, instead of just claiming they do. - Finally, worth mentioning is the inclusiveness. As an open and out trans woman, I've been thoroughly impressed with Hydra and everyone there. "Everyone is welcome" is what I was told, and "Everyone is welcome" is what I have experienced.

      - There have been tough deadlines for some jobs, that’s just how working for an agency goes. There have been times of slight crunch every now and again, but this is absolutely not the norm. - The only other thing worth mentioning, is the nature of my job role means that remote work is tricky, or not quite possible in all cases.
