They seem friendly at first

They have no idea about what needs to be done and how. Sharma is technically good, but has no idea about time and work management, Indira is also nice, but is never in sync with the ground realities. So you either work 100+ hours a week and are lucky enough to find out what you are supposed to do(Not very clear on task allocation) or they are not happy. Most of my time there I found them using all tricks in the bag to fool customers and employees. You dont make a product with any clear requirements.
