We had thoughtful leadership, spontaneous celebrations, holiday gifts, merit-based raises, and camaraderie. But that’s all gone now. Since we sold out to PE it’s been a slow-motion demolition. Constant layoffs and reorgs have eroded any sense of stability or direction. Longtime employees whom carried deep institutional knowledge have been shown the door and replaced by cheaper labor overseas. Every department is stretched to the breaking point. Our future is hanging on a poorly built AI platform no one asked for despite it being technical and strategic mess. Meanwhile, the products that actually made us money were gutted. Not just the budgets, but the people who built and maintained them. We are all aboard the trend of tech companies selling ourselves to the highest bidder while PE drains us dry. Our new leadership is desperate to make us a Silicon Valley sweatshop for mid-west wages from 2003. I would not recommend for Americans, not that we have any jobs open for them anymore.
