Management has spent considerable time and finances into creating a positive working environment and it shows. They continue to be encouraging and supportive to all employees.

There isn't any downside to working here.

The other employees that recognize pitfalls in management and systems, with that understanding its easier to get a long and assist in each others day to day tasks if needed.

Company suffers from the structures, ideologies, organization, strategy, communication set by the warden President. Very old, iron curtain way of thinking, lots of russian and ukranian influence, every minute is monitored from 8:30am to 5. strict and depressing office atmosphere, there's cockroaches n bugs in the cafe. you're lucky to have plastic silverware. owner walks around in silence, not really friendly. There's a great amount of turnover. People over worked and under paid. Don't ask for day of PTO.
