Honestly, I did not find any meaningful positives worth highlighting. Any contributions made by junior employees were rarely acknowledged, and credit was often centralized at the management level.

No salary hike or career growth for long-term employees. Poor and unprofessional communication from management. High dependency on single resources without proper recognition or compensation. Lack of clear structure, feedback, or future roadmap. Lack of salary hikes and career progression despite long-term contribution. Unprofessional communication from management and a culture where managers position themselves as unquestionable while taking credit for team efforts. There is no HR in Company.🤣🤣 Be ready to come on gazetted holidays. Which were only 5 in a year. The company relies on very outdated technology, which makes development slower and less efficient. Salary increments and promotions are infrequent, even for consistent performers. Some senior employees do not maintain a professional attitude, affecting team morale.
