You will obtain a wide range of experience. You will also gain some experienced with a fast paced work environment. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. For the most part you will get along with everyone. Casual dress code is a plus. PTO and sick leave is good, and they are flexible with bending that a bit. It is a great place to start you career and gain experience.

Svantaggi

New technologies and tools are not being utilized to make processes seamless. Organization is lacking, and projects slip due to this. Not much room for upward movement, but this is expected with a smaller company. There is a good vision, but resources are not being allocated to make the vision happen. Benefits are sub-par. There is no 401k. These last things can also be expected at smaller companies. You may come into the job expecting development work, but end up doing administrative work. Turnover rate is a little high.

So far work / life balance appear to be on point. I find that working conditions are better than some but no worse that past employment. I also find that being aware of the rules in the Employee Handbook saves a lot of headaches. I find management deals with each employee as fairly as the employee deals with management. Yeah, there are some hiccups but I have found speaking with management to clear the air helps a whole lot instead of them or myself being a mind reader. I feel if you don't go in with a specific mind set and you listen and pay attention gets you farther than assuming you already know the outcome. People treat you how you treat them.

Great co-workers. Owners listen to ideas and feedback and have an open-door policy. 1/2 medical insurance is paid. Dental is 100% paid. Fantastic 401K. Owners are very understanding about life outside of work and are helpful when issues arise. Great work/life balance.
