The culture at Hyperikon is incredible and it starts from the the management team. Every month there are company activities that bring everyone together. This makes it feel like you are working with friends. The work environment is awesome. The company is growing fast, new ideas are frequently presented which can change the work process at times. I can't honestly think of any, perhaps the location could be better. But it doesn't really matter when you're inside the building.
