Leadership is weak
- Leadership don't understand technology and data, and get led astray by Senior Managers with good chat. No apparent appetite to actually challenge
- 'Employee ownership' seems to dictate a lot of short-termism from SM and above. Makes you wonder if the company will still be here in 10y time
- You'll find yourself having the same conversations over and over again... a lot of talk from people, but not a lot of action.
- Very fat organisation... a lot of the work is done by a few people, with a lot of the others just waffling
- Quite a lot of nepotism
- Always trying to lowball you, doing things back-to-front, doing things on the cheap
