We are glad to hear that you find our benefits, such as private healthcare, gym membership discounts, birthday leave, and the annual increase in leave time, valuable. We strive to offer benefits that support the well-being and work-life balance of our employees.
Regarding your concerns about salaries, we regularly review salary structures to ensure they are fair and reflect the contributions of our employees. We have grown as a company in the last few years and decided to invest in our office space so we have a chance to work and have fun together. Our new office space is spacious, spanning three floors, and there are quite a number of fun activities happening, like board game Fridays, ping pong tournaments, and sweet Tuesdays. These activities enable us to get to know each other and grow together as a company. Some of our employees had never met their team's colleagues as we did not have enough space for everyone. This affects individuals, teams, and the company on many levels. We understand that it can be challenging to adjust, but we believe that in the long run, this will positively influence all of us as a company.
