We have read your feedback and we can tell you that this is not consistent with the feedback we have been receiving from employees recently. 5 months ago, we reworked our values and created ones that we believe truly represent what we want Hypertec to be. We then communicated these values and have received very positive feedback. We have created an open door policy in that employees who witness any situation that does not reflect our values, should and MUST speak to their Manager, any member of the HR department or an Executive of the company with no fear of retaliation. In fact, just recently one of our Executives received constructive feedback and immediately took action. We are proud of our values and we hold our Leadership team as well as all of our employees accountable to respecting these values.
