      What caught my eye when I applied, appart from the position, is the company values listed on their website. I have been working at Hypertec for a bit more then 2 years now and I can confirm those values are not just words on the website. You feel respected and appreciated daily from the other departments as well as from the executives. The Managers from each department I work with, are very supportive and always work as team with one goal : customer satisfaction.

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
