managers are actively working to help you, i noticed it from day 1. everyone is friendly, no one talks bad about people, which is a big plus from my last job. i could definitly see myself working here for years. (lots of people at the company for 10-20 years + too which is a good sign) employees have opportunities for growth or to transfer to other departments because of the size of the company which is awesome. flexibility for your career growth or action plans.
