Engineers are given a high level of autonomy and real ownership over problems end-to-end, with meaningful input into both technical decisions and the product roadmap. The culture is flat, meritocratic, and highly cross-functional, with direct exposure to customers that makes the work feel grounded and impactful. People work hard, but expectations are reasonable, and there’s flexibility when needed.

Like any seed-stage startup, there’s inherent ambiguity and priorities can shift quickly as the company learns and iterates. Processes and tooling are still evolving, so it’s important to be comfortable operating in a less structured environment.
