I think it's rare to be able to say in an organization that you genuinely like every single person you work with but it's the truth at Morey! Everyone who's hired here is talented, of course, but they're also kind, passionate, friendly, and hard working. 100% a dream team. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but being able to see and interact with my team every day (albeit virtually) makes it significantly more bearable.

As with any client-facing position, there may be stress with client relationships as well as a fluctuating workload. That being said, the team has your back to make sure you're not thrust into more than you can handle.
