Despite having prior experience in the fintech industry, I found that expertise and performance were not always recognized or valued appropriately. In some cases, less experienced employees appeared to be given preferential treatment, which affected team morale and fairness in progression. Hytech operates as a BPO handling multiple brokerage clients such as Vantage, PU Prime, and Moneta. However, based on my experience, internal processes and team management could benefit from significant improvement to better support employees and maintain a healthier work environment. I would encourage potential candidates to carefully consider these factors before joining, whether in Malaysia or other locations like Thailand, Morocco, or Vietnam.
