Raya) - Very vague career framework - Poor administration, e.g. late contract renewals, slow training process, slow hiring - Low process and technological maturity for a management and technology consultancy (e.g. internal processes are not made clear to all employees, performance management process is very manual) - Teamwork is very poor, made worse by an under-resourced environment - Poor branding/market presence, so this company does not automatically look good on CV
