I spent several years with the IAMOPS and can honestly say it played a huge role in my professional growth. The biggest advantage for me was the exposure. I got the opportunity to work with different cloud platforms, tools, and technologies instead of being limited to a single stack. Every project brought something new to learn. The management constantly encouraged us to push ourselves, learn new things, take technical assessments, and keep improving. At times it felt challenging, but looking back, those challenges helped me grow a lot. Another thing I really appreciated was the team culture. People were always willing to help each other. If someone was stuck, teammates are always there for support. IAMOPS also has a very open culture. The hierarchy never felt rigid, and anyone could approach management with ideas, concerns, or feedback. That level of transparency is something I genuinely valued. Most importantly, throughout my journey, I always felt that my work was valued and appreciated.
