You can learn a ton about Cyber Security by working here. Tons of research available at your disposal + interacting with the faculty and clients. Good place if you're right out of college or pivoting from a random sales rep role to security.

-Executive management is terrible. They march to their own tune regardless if it's the wrong direction. It's a "my way or the highway" mentality and Zero collaboration is encouraged here. -Very Old School, Good ol Boy environment within management. -No room for career advancement. Same managers for the last 7+ years and there is no sign of them leaving until they're forced out. -Seems like Alcohol is the constant theme. LESS ON PARTIES AND BOOZE AND MORE ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT!

I am relatively new at the firm but I have found everyone, at all levels, to be extremely welcoming and positive. The company culture is entrepreneurial, gritty, curious, and collaborative. Leadership is very open and accessible, and doesn't have big egos. There isn't a lot of politics or posturing. People are generally open to criticism and not defensive. Most everyone seems primarily focused on finding the right answer for clients, growing the firm, and growing their careers.

Svantaggi

The company is growing quickly, so there is lots of change -- in strategy, in leadership, in the product, etc. If you like change, you will thrive. If you are bothered by change, then this is probably not the place for you.

Decent pay, good office location and free lunch benefits, people at the lower levels of the totem pole (mid-level contributors to director level) are smart and fun to work with.

A ton of leadership churn and infighting at the top, means priorities are constantly changing for those at the bottom. It creates a lot of duplicated efforts and redos of work that waste time and crush morale. A LOT of pay inequity - employees who have been there forever are severely underpaid compared to newer employees coming in. Makes for weird team dynamics and incompatible levels of motivation. Not a lot of tolerance for learning on the job or training. They want to hire people who can do the work yesterday. Bad PTO, mid insurance.
