      Able to learn a lot in this place (soft skill, hard skill, knowledge etc). All these learnt skill are self taught as the project goes on, engineer will required to figure out a solution on his / her own. From there, the engineer will be able to learn very fast.

      Svantaggi

      Bad management. The project director and manager are not helpful in both knowledge and commercial part. Hence, the engineers must be very high in IQ and EQ to solve the problems on their own,

      the company frequently take the fresh graduates. not suitable for experience candidates as they will only increase the salary for fresh graduates. too much judgement from upper management.
