The organization invests in its employees to help them grow. This is achieved through in-house and external trainings. The in-house training programs are state of the art and very elaborate. The best thing about the organization is that it values its employees as assets and treats them accordingly. The exposure and experience here is something that you will find very rare, mainly because IATCO is expanding fast and is a relatively new organization (about 40 years old). Therefore, it does not matter in which SBU you are placed, you will wither get an excellent opportunity to experience a startup or the renaissance of major improvements in existing organization.

IATCO is a service provider to manufacturing industries/corporations, hence when face to face with the principals, it might not have the stronger word. This also means that the organization needs to be flexible to accommodate and serve its principals which sometimes leads to frustration for the employees for their perspective being overshadowed by that of the manufacturer. This also means that the people you interact with very frequently (of the principal) might be compensated better for similar job roles as being a service provider there are only limited margins. However, IATCO compensates its employees very competitively even as compared to the principals. IATCO is a growing organization and probably in its early phases hence, a lot of procedures, practices and infrastructure might not be as impressive as more established companies, but it is definitely making sound efforts of visible improvements and becoming one of the best in class.
