- local owns many properties that it also collects rent on. None of which seems to be fed into procuring work or helping members in need
- unprecedented nepotism at nearly every level of the organization
- ‘special jobs’ particularly at arenas and convention centers only club members are allowed to have
- ridiculous requirements for running work
- most shop stewards unavailable, un-helpful, or both
- Elections not held in good faith as incumbent leadership blatantly commits voter suppression and silences opposition with threats
