Day to day you will be resetting passwords and unlocking accounts mostly. *IT Management told me I was 1st level support after I tried to get a raise, yet the local manager said I was the IT Manager and I did IT Manager-related jobs, confusing. *No career plan for IT at all when I was there. Want a promotion? Move to Toronto *Remember, this is an engineering firm, IT is not their top priority and you will see this first hand.
