5yThank you for your review. Our COVID- 19 response was quick and thoughtful and as such, all of our employees have been safely working remotely since the start of the pandemic. An open communication between managers and employees is of the upmost importance to us and we have programs in place to ensure open dialogue and recognition. Our annual Performance Reviews are just one opportunity to have interactions with your manager and set career growth goals for the future. It’s a way you can let it be known that you want more out of IBI Group and set out a career path forward. Where compensation is concerned, we have a team that is always looking at market data to ensure our employees are properly and fairly compensated for the work they do. By law, overtime is paid out to eligible employees in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario. For those employees looking to grow their network and gain new knowledge and experience, our Mentorship at IBI program to foster those relationships. We encourage all employees - especially our more junior staff - to participate in and gain guidance as they navigate the next frontiers in their career journey.
