Coworkers and customers are nice to work with.

Although I only worked for IBM for less than a year, I was in the same industry for over 44 years with great reviews and I loved my job. My former company outsourced a large group of us employees to IBM to cut costs, so we had little choice but to work for them or look for another job. The IBM managers that I worked for were focused primarily on employees working 45 billable hours. My managers had no idea what I actually did for our customers, only how many billable hours that I worked. Allocated hours for assigned work was insufficient for the task at hand. Extremely stressful and unhealthy environment. Perhaps other areas of IBM were nicer, but I never got to experience anything positive.
