      I have been working at this company for more that 12 years. The company sells high tech software solutions. Their customers are located worldwide, they provide solutions mainly in the Aerospace, Defense and Automotive industries. It is great to propose high tech optimized software solutions to those customers and work with them and see how they improved their manufacturing. this is a challenging job!

      I have seen non-motivated people join ICAM and then complain and leave. This is not a company for people who want to earn a lot without putting the work.
