Final project was good, and allowed you to really think outside the box and use the company's resources. Housing is provided and was really good. I was the only guy out of the four interns, so I got my own apartment with garage.

A few dry weeks where there wasn't much to do but talk with other interns. Project can be overwhelming at the start with some of the interns not getting much help.

ICAT has an excellent team and a very positive work environment. Management is approachable, communicative, and supportive in daily activities. As a foreign and Latina employee, I felt genuinely welcomed and respected from the beginning. Collaboration between teams is strong and people are willing to help each other succeed.

The salary is very low compared to the workload and expectations. Temporary employees are expected to perform at the same level as full time staff but without equivalent compensation or benefits. There are currently no benefits offered for temporary roles, and conversations about transition to permanent positions feel uncertain or limited.
