Typical small company problem - completely unimaginative leadership, everyone tiptoes around the owner/CEO and dares not upset him, because he has a fragile ego and likes to build himself up as an important and wise person who can preach to others, but never really discuss or face criticism.

Very good salaries, flexible working hours. A great team consisting of very talented people - they know what they're doing there, how to do it and how to work as a team. The work is very well organized in a way that boosts team's performance.

Due to technical legacy the company is slow to follow trends in new IT technologies. The work can sometimes be very stressful.
