There are some nice people in the office.

Every job has 'some nice people'. The bar is set ridiculously low and ICE Health Systems fails to surpass it. The company culture is horrendous; there is no room for growth, people are quiet, stressed, and anxious at all times. You will be treated like dirt through frequent off-hand remarks from management and if you're anything like me, you'll probably want to seek therapy after working at ICE.
