      Svantaggi

      While racking up overtime to complete insane deadlines on an understaffed project you end up with very little in rewards. Bonuses for your hard work are almost non existent at the lower employee levels. Career advice is also extremely sparse for lower level employees.

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
