ICF provides Paid Time Off for all employees to use for any reason they need time off of work. Employees are also able to fund their own Reserve Bank with their excess PTO that can be used for their own or a family member’s extended illness. In order to be IRS-qualified, PTO Donation programs must follow specific guidelines for use and donation and we are currently exploring options/availability for this type of program.
