There are many cons to working at this place, you are treated like a robot and even asked if you are one by the people you call for an interview. The pay isn't enough for the work you do. There is no appreciation by management for education or work experience, when it comes to a regular agent. There are managers here that do not have a college education. The turn around rate is real bad, by this I mean its a revolving door for management and agents.
