Then the company intentionally gaslights, victim blames, retaliates, humiliates, dehumanizes, and creates lies about employees that file HR complaints. They started a rumor of a terror threat on their building and that the police couldn't come unless it was an active shooter, and said employees could not work remotely. They exhibit employee's personal info including text messages that were only sent to family and friends. Bathroom breaks will be timed, Teams status will idle after 5 minutes, they watch employee's desktops, everything will be watched.
