Does HR even evaluate on basis of interest and skills or just on basis of free will of CEO and the top management. 6) Competition leading to politics in teams. Poor leadership and management among some teams 7) Leaves are given as a favor to employees. HR should generate awareness to the Senior Managers that leaves are employee rights and not favors that employee needs to beg for the same.
