- Small office in St. Louis (can feel very isolating)
- Outdated office decor (although it’s all in very good condition, could use a design refresh)

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
