      Good colleagues in the US

      Poor global collaboration, male dominated and no growth opportunities for women, no clear strategy, no push to retain high performers, leadership failing its employees. Middle and senior management need to listen to employees, reward them and not promote their own interest.

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
