Great people, great mission and they do interesting projects

Compensation and benefits are not good, and everyone is worked to the bone. Work life balance is very bad.

leadership is extremely bad. they are incompetent, set unreasonable expectations, offer no support, guidance or expertise and are quick to play the blame game. low pay and large workloads. Frequent and unpredictable layoffs and high turnover leaving the remaining staff holding the bag.
