Work life balance and great location.

Pay was just decent. Management was awful! Not technologically innovative. Attempt to manage global project rollouts through Excel.

Salary was decent; working in downtown San Francisco, Made some great friends;

Terrible senior management, no direction whatsoever, no training in place, only worried about keeping the clients they currently have, not trying to put any money behind obtaining new business; The worst thing about it is that they have zero technology to keep up with the ever changing technology landscape in Loyalty Marketing; Far to UK-centric company; nothing happens until the UK agrees to it and like most UK companies they are slow to act on anything;
