Vantaggi
Working here used to be exciting — until leadership lost touch with reality.
Svantaggi
Our CEO recently sent an 11 PM Slack message declaring we should all be in the office six days a week. It perfectly sums up the problem: decisions made in isolation, with no regard for work-life balance, morale, or basic respect for employees’ time. The company talks about innovation and “ownership,” but what’s really expected is obedience and exhaustion. There’s no trust in remote work, no transparency around strategy, and no awareness that constant micromanagement drives good people out. The energy that once made this place special has been replaced by delusion and burnout. Unless leadership wakes up and starts treating employees like professionals instead of factory line workers, the best talent will continue walking out the door — and they’ll be right to do so.
