My annual performance review literally said "No areas requiring improvement noted" with positive, raving reviews from CTMs and site staff. No promotion as discussed with line manager, minimal "merit" increase, and minimal performance bonus. Apparently, "performance bonus" is tied to seniority, which takes away any new employees' motivation to perform above and beyond. Very little resources, no support the company or management. Travel policy is awful- $150 hotel cap and $50 meal cap per day, regardless of working location. Talk of per diem has been in the works for 1.5 years I was there. Still no sign of implementation.
