Steve has decided to have mass layoffs despite excellent business. He wants cheaper labor, so he’s getting rid of talented, dedicated, experienced individuals. Icon culture is solely dedicated to profit. They do not care for their employees. I was extremely lucky to have an amazing direct manager, but I was cut with everyone like a cancerous tumor.
