      A lot of learning opportunities. Training is thorough but they don't coddle you. I feel constantly challenged. Great benefits (US based) compared to my significant other. I left my last job because of boredom - this was a great change of pace. I also like the team dynamic here. Better than my last job.

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
