Third class mngmt.. no understanding of analyst performnce.. it is judged purely on ur b school and who u r reporting to...u hv to work atleast till 8 pm else pple look at u as if ur taking halfday...lot of salary decrimination..5- 10 yrs exp analyst gets paid same as fresher and some analysts gets 5-10 times higher though the work profile is same.. ur apprisal is nt related to ur performance but whom u r reporting to.. however hard u work nd perform well ur appraisal will b nominal unless u r favourite to ur reporting manager... Even if u r rated high it will b moderated at higher level without any reason... Well appraisal ratings are not explained to the analyst.. u hv to accept wht u r given.. no questions asked nd u wont get answer even if u ask... U hv to forget abt ur family if u r wrkng for icra.. no work life balance.. it is only work.. many times u hv to work on sat and sund which is nt appreciated at all... There are TLs who treat u as if u r their servants and they r owners of the company..keeps on nagging nd sit on ur head all the time. Lot more things to say.. but issues are never ending in icra...
