Great cutting edge technology space with rapid growth and expansion into other services and products for its clients. The success of the company in the tech space has opened up a ton of opportunities to join or grow with the company. The team really believes in the product and goals of the company. They go make efforts at communication with the team and try to engage all departments together. The people are friendly and helpful.

Rapid growth is sometimes hard to keep up with and many times operations will struggling to keep up. They are working at it but at times staff will experience growing pains.

Great pay (meaning, you are rewarded for your efforts!). We have the ability to work remote. I appreciate the 'team mentality'.

Rapid growth feeds chaos. Constant change (processes, pricing, offerings) can be tough to effectively keep up with. It's a "sink or swim" situation for new employees. There aren't many proper training measures in place which can make it rough for a new hire.
