The manager said I was at the top of where I could go. - No training or conferences unless you are in sales. - Get everything in writing because management conversations were conveniently forgotten. - No clear direction or strategic digital marketing plan. At the end of the month when leads were low told to increase ad spend, instead of creating more engaging lead-generating content. - Did not learn one new thing. Nothing. - They do not pay out for accrued PTO, use it or lose it PERIOD. If you decide to leave (for whatever reason) use your PTO first. - Software is actually very good and has the possibility of doing very well with a strategic marketing plan that does not solely rely on scheduling a demo.
