Lots of road time (inherent with field service). Minimal formal training- Lots of opportunities to “figure it out” (can be a benefit if you have the right mindset). Not much for upward mobility as a Field Service Tech.

Management has 0 leadership skills. Management does not believe in preventative maintenance. Management always puts blame on the pressmen rather than looking at the cause of the issues, Underachevers are rewarded and overachievers get nothing.
