I celebrate every day by going to work :). It’s a real pleasure to work with amazing people, great management who really care about us - employees. There is always something that will improve the work and atmosphere in IDB Mobile, but I think our management takes care of everything. We have a monthly conversation with a superior where we can express our satisfaction / dissatisfaction and therefore we function in the best possible way. That is why in the end we are all happy and satisfied.
