Cant think of any thing better.

1.) All managers are egoistic, dumb, narrow minded, and think that they own this company. 2.) No IT Work flow, they just decide some thing new feature and without any proper base, tell the developers to do the work. 3.) They work on very old technologies, most of it will get absolute in the coming years. 4.) Heavy Heavy Internal politics. 5.) HR are afraid to do their duties, their main duty to see employee benefit. 6.) Only Intranet Projects, Simple Insert, update delete. 7.) No Internet access, internet is only for Top managers and till Team Leaders. 8.) Appraisal will happen in October. 9.) 90 Days Strict notice period. not a minute less. 10.) Managers make their own rule, if not followed you will be punished just like school days. 11.) IT Carrier will be halted, as you will not be able to learn new things in the project, and if some one sees your doing/learning some thing new, they will report u, or play politics with you. 12.) Be prepared for dumb Team Leaders & Bankers. 13.) No flexible work time, one minute late your salary is cut.

Work–life balance: Project deadlines can be tight and often spill into weekends or late evenings during critical releases. Senior management communication: Senior leadership’s strategy and feedback loops need improvement — priorities sometimes shift without clear communication, leaving teams scrambling. Compensation growth: Raises and promotions are perceived to be slower than expectations; many peers have expressed similar concerns.
