useless management, hard work doesnt count, talent is disliked so good people leaving the company. management is loyalty seeker but not even care about real hard working & intelligent employees. some of the usefull loyals are promoted to save big peoples job. Israel office dont care why real hard working employees leaving the company. Indian management is manipulating head office and having alll the fun. Some of the useless loyal managers are getting high packages for not doing anything... and not others letting do their work peacefully. A centre of women harrasment.
