as its usual in all companies...as u grow up in organization,promotions will involve politics. Not much recognition for Networks team by the management in terms of gifts/prizes, workstation and conditions are not good..like no air condition some times and management is reluctant to get it right for 2 years till date, uncomfortable vehicles to go on drive tests, etc
