Vantaggi

Gym, break rooms on site with tea and coffee in Sunnyvale, CA office. 1-2x on site lunches every 3-4 months. 60% vacancies in cubicle. Quiet work zone Work on site daily for non supervisory roles Retiree work environment Work/life balance- not much overtime work. 50/50 on medical coverage Less than 50 people. Work culture is similar to Tesla

Svantaggi

25%-30% less than average market. Work 8 hours in this branch = getting 6 hours from outside company for a reasonable market price. (Work 5 days a week with IDEC = getting pay for only 4 days of work from similar industry in the nearby cities.) Managerial level -enjoying double standards on working from home, call in for absences, or work half day on their flexible schedules; some managers even allow their subordinates to do the same by not putting in company’s record for absences or late to work. Controller, CEO lack of concern on quality of work and attendance from those department managers.

Vantaggi

Nothing, just long hours and power points

Svantaggi

It's concerning to observe that the new management lacks basic qualifications, such as degrees. It seems that long-time employees who are loyal to management are the ones getting promoted, while genuine talent is overlooked. There have been multiple HR complaints, leading to frequent replacements within the HR department, which raises questions about stability and employee support. Technology seems to be absent, with a focus primarily on acquiring French companies, rather than innovating or improving current operations. Under the current CEOs son the US leadership has been laying off employees at an alarming rate, contributing to a troubling work environment and extremely low wages. They sold operations in Sunnyvale and appear to be counting on San Diego to become the next hub for basic relay and APEM low performing products , but there's little sign of effective execution. As for the mobility solutions sector? It's currently a joke, lacking any substantial traction.
